Are you looking for some summer fun for you youngsters? Check out these four summer activities perfect for your kiddos and educational!

FOAM

You'll need a can of chickpeas. You will actually use the juice from the can! You will also need 1/4 tsp. of cream of tarter. Add some food coloring and use a hand mixture for like 10 minutes and create this fun experience for your kids!

RAINY DAY MAKE SOME PLAYDOUGH

Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, and 2 tbsp of cream of tartar
Then add 1 tbsp of oil (I used olive oil)
Next, mix in food coloring with 1 cup of boiling water and add that to the flour mixture.
Let it cool then knead it and BAM six months of play dough fun!

TASTE SAFE SLIME

Combine 1 and 3/4 cup water with 1/4 cup chia seeds and add some food coloring if you'd like! I combined these the night before so the chia seeds would hydrate. Then the next day we slowly stirred in some cornstarch (about 2-3 cups) until it got to this consistency.

If you try this out thought store in the bowl in the fridge. We stored it in a glass jar and it seriously exploded!

FROZEN POM-POM

It looks so cool I couldn't help but to share! All we did was freeze them in a bowl. When we took it outside we could hear the ice crack loudly too, which was pretty neat!

Once we got frustrated from them all be frozen and not coming apart we threw it in the pool and let the hot water melt it!
